Hi, I’m Michelle Kemper.
I’m the Designated Broker and Co-Owner of Shebang Realty, a locally owned real estate brokerage based in Surprise, Arizona. Since becoming licensed in 2002, I’ve helped buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors navigate every stage of the real estate process throughout Arizona’s West Valley.
As Designated Broker, I oversee brokerage operations, support our clients from contract to closing, and help ensure every transaction is handled with professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.

My real estate career began in 2002, giving me more than two decades of experience serving Arizona homeowners, buyers, landlords, and investors.
Since becoming Designated Broker in 2018, I’ve focused on building a brokerage centered around transparency, exceptional customer service, and helping clients keep more of their hard-earned equity.
Today I oversee Shebang Realty’s residential sales, flat fee listing program, buyer representation services, and growing property management division throughout the West Valley.
I’m passionate about educating clients throughout the process so they understand every step and feel confident making one of life’s biggest financial decisions.
